Fiddling Fun 2011 with Phil Rush

This summer South Shore Conservatory's String Department offers a weekly one-hour group violin class featuring the music of Mark O'Connor and his new violin method. In this fiddling class, students will improve their technique and tone while having fun playing a variety of music including American fiddle tunes. This six-week session is a great way for beginning and intermediate violinists (Suzuki Book 1 and 2 or the equivalent) to learn new skills and reinforce old ones while working with others in a group setting.

Financial Aid
Financial aid is available. Financial aid forms must be submitted no later than July 1, 2011. Please check the appropriate box on the application to receive a financial aid form or download a form. Merit scholarships are also available. Please schedule an audition with the director to apply.
