Opera by the Bay (OBTB) brings together adult vocalists who have a mutual love of opera. Participants for each production are chosen through periodic auditions, and in a supportive environment, gain valuable musical and dramatic experience from each other. Differences in style and technique are shared in a non-judgmental manner, encouraging musical and personal growth while upholding high performance standards. Rehearsals are scheduled on Monday and Friday evenings to make them accessible to the busy professional.
